What materials are Jammie Jams made from?
Our pajamas are crafted from a fabric blend of 95% bamboo and 5% spandex, creating a luxurious fabric that is ultra-soft, breathable, and gentle on sensitive skin with enough stretch that it will grow with your child.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
How do I care for my Jammie Jams?
For best results, wash your Jammie Jams in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and dry flat or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the quality and softness of the fabric.
What size should I order?
Our Jammie Jams run pretty true to size. We suggest sizing up if you are unsure. They are also designed to stretch and last up to 3X longer than cotton pajamas.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Jammie Jams, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Sale items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
